Lior Tavori

Lior Tavori is an independent choreographer and artistic director of Lior Tavori Dance Company Israel, based in Tel-aviv. Lior holds a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts and a master's degree in dance (with honors) from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance.

In recent years, Lior has created pieces for dance companies in China and the Inbal Dance Company, among others. His various works have won numerous awards in Israel and have been performed on numerous stages around the world, in countries such as China, Italy, Spain, the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Georgia and Taiwan.

In 2022, Lior Tavori will premiere his new work: 8th day at Suzanne Dellal Centre, Tel-aviv, Israel as part of Tel-aviv Dance Festival 2022 and will create a new work for Munich Ballet from September 2022 and for Scapino Ballet Rotterdam in 2023.
